Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment has been successfully completed. Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Shipping is calculated based on available carriers and delivery destinations. We currently offer the following shipping options:

UPS – Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days

UPS provides time-definite and day-definite delivery estimates based on the destination of the shipment.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and other logistical factors.

Shipping Fee

We offer a flat shipping fee of $5.00 per order. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you on the same day your order is shipped. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

Transportation disruptions

Customs inspections

Errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier

Insurance and Shipment Responsibility

All shipped items are insured for the exact purchase value to help protect your order during transit.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier (such as UPS, EMS, or other logistics providers) becomes responsible for the delivery of the package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Due to the high volume of online fraud, our lost or damaged shipment policy is strictly enforced.

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist by filing the necessary paperwork and initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Please note:

The investigation process is handled by the shipping carrier.

We will make every reasonable effort to help resolve the issue and recover your loss.

A replacement or refund will only be issued after the investigation has been completed and the claim has been approved and paid by the shipping company.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.
